WeDo is partnering exclusively with a business experiencing rapid growth. They have built an exceptional client base around a suite of Unified Communication/Audio Recording products. With a planned move to a fully cloud‑native environment, they need a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the transition.
The team is small (≈25 people) and currently includes three Senior DevOps/Platform Engineers. The infrastructure is largely on AWS. We use Terraform for IaC, but experience with Puppet/Ansible is also desirable. You will also manage some on‑prem VM infrastructure and help implement the target cloud architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Execute migration to AWS, Terraform, Docker, and Ansible.
Build and streamline CI/CD pipelines.
Provision and manage infrastructure using IaC (Terraform).
Write scripts in Bash/Python.
Work with configuration management (Ansible/Puppet) and Kubernetes (Docker/K8s).
Implement DevSecOps practices.
We value collaboration and willingness to learn over perfect knowledge of every DevOps tool.
This is a remote role with occasional travel for social gatherings.
Interview Process: Two‑stage with expected turnaround of 7‑14 days from start to finish. No take‑home test.
