Full-Time, Permanent (Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours)

As a Channel Sales Executive, you will be the bridge between Lenovo and our B2B trade partners. Your mission is to drive brand advocacy and maximize sales through:
Relationship Building – Establishing credible, profitable partnerships with B2B outlets across Reading, Farnborough, and the surrounding South territory
Product Expertise – Becoming a Lenovo "Product Expert," understanding the competitive landscape and shifting from "feature-selling" to "need-matching"
Training & Motivation – Engaging and coaching outlet colleagues to ensure they are confident and excited to recommend Lenovo products to their customers
Driving Growth – Managing the existing trade partner base to increase both "sell-in" and "sell-out" volumes
The Ideal Candidate
Tech Industry Experience – Proven background working with or selling technology within a B2B environment
Proven Results – Track record of delivering (and smashing) sales targets
Relationship Skills – Ability to influence people at all levels and build instant rapport
Driving Licence – Full UK manual driving licence (held for a minimum of 12 months)
Flexibility – Comfortable with extensive travel and overnight stays for a national role with a Southern focus
