Senior Insight Analytics Lead We're seeking a
Senior Insight Analytics Lead
to join the expanding analytics team. This is a pivotal role where you'll drive data-driven decision making across the organisation, working closely with senior leadership to optimise performance and maximise growth opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive analysis of business data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that drive strategic growth initiatives
Partner with senior stakeholders across multiple departments to provide analytical support and expertise for growth optimisation
Proactively identify customer improvement opportunities through data analysis and customer insights
Transform complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership
Validate business hypotheses through rigorous data analysis and testing
Lead presentation and storytelling initiatives to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders
Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members with potential for line management responsibilities
Skills & Experience
Strong academic background with excellent analytical capabilities
Exceptional business acumen with ability to quickly understand key value drivers
Proven experience in data visualisation and creating actionable insights from complex datasets
Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Tableau/Power BI or similar
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills at senior level
Growth mindset with commercial awareness and analytical problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
