Über
The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and developing all sales and commercial activities in the UK market.
The ideal candidate has a solid technical background, particularly in electronic systems related to elevators/lifts, and experience in B2B sales.
This role requires a hands‑on leader with strategic vision, dedicated customer focus, and the ambition to play a key role in the long‑term development of the company.
Key Responsibilities
develop and execute the commercial strategy for the UK market;
identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and expansion in the market;
build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and partners;
define and implement the company’s long‑term commercial vision and strategy, working closely with the management team and key stakeholders;
collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction;
work closely with the other Group Companies and the Esse‑ti HQ, to ensure the alignment and consistent use of common tools (in terms of reporting, ERP system, processes and procedures);
monitor market trends and competitors’ activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements
degree in Business Management or Administration, Engineering or related fields (preferred);
proven experience in sales or business development within the elevator/lift or similar industrial sectors;
strong technical background, ideally in engineering, electronics, telecommunications, automation, or control systems;
experience in business agreements, service contracts, IoT solutions and after‑sales business is preferred;
demonstrated leadership skills and entrepreneurial mindset;
excellent communication and business negotiating skills;
fluency in English; additional European languages would be a benefit;
willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally to HQ in Italy.
