Role Summary We are looking for a
Sales Administrator
to join our growing team on a full-time, on-site basis in the Northampton area. This role plays a key part in supporting the sales function, ensuring the smooth running of back‑end sales processes and administration. Responsibilities include liaising with lenders on proposals, preparing and managing financial documentation, handling reporting and pay‑out management, and occasional direct communication with clients.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage financial documentation

Occasional direct communication with clients
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales administration within a commercial finance brokerage or lending environment
Strong understanding of financial products and numerical data
High level of IT proficiency
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients
