Responsibilities
Work as an integral member of the MS Teams project, developing and implementing Microsoft Teams across the organisation. Analyse data, speak to customers and stakeholders, and conduct research sessions to identify key service needs.
Operate within a small Agile service‑design, delivery and support team for the rollout of MS Teams Phases 2 and 3, collaborating with project managers, data‑protection specialists, data‑management, service‑adoption and technical specialists from the client’s IT partner.
Work under the Team Leader Business Analysis to help map new business processes and support delivery of MS Teams to the user base.
Support phase 2 and 3 implementation of the MS Teams rollout, including applications such as Miro, Yammer and other O365 functionality (federation, guest access, SharePoint, email integration, etc.) as directed by the MS Teams Project Manager.
Essential Skills
Experience as a Change Analyst on Digital Transformation Projects, delivering business improvements through new technology.
Implementation experience with MS Teams, SharePoint and O365 applications.
Close collaboration with Project Managers, Service Adoption, and external IT providers on new application rollouts.
Ability to guide conversations around business policy and governance.
Understanding of Data Protection and Information Governance.
Experience across all parts of the project lifecycle.
Expertise in requirements gathering, business process design and mapping.
Ability to identify operational improvement opportunities and help develop new ways of working.
Strong PowerPoint, Visio and Excel skills.
Good understanding of project management methodologies.
Team player with hands‑on experience in a multidisciplinary Agile delivery team.
System analysis: experience engaging with product owners and suppliers to map processes and systems.
Process design: experience incrementally improving processes across the organisation.
Agile design: experience working with service designers to deliver projects in an agile way.
