We’re on the lookout for a passionate, strategic and results driven Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts across our brand portfolio. We are the exclusive UK and European partner for goodr, Versus Socks and Body Glide. Additionally, we are the exclusive partner for Grayl in the UK and Ireland. The Role As our Internal Sales Superstar, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping our customers happy, our orders flowing, and our sales team supported. You’ll juggle quotes, orders, enquiries, and a whole lot of communication—but don’t worry, you’ve absolutely got this! We’re all about building strong relationships and making every interaction feel easy, helpful, and positive. Your mission? Make sure customers feel taken care of, sales reps feel supported, and nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll report to our Sales Manager and work closely with both the sales and operations teams to keep everything running smoothly. What You’ll Be Getting Up To Being the first point of contact for incoming enquiries—phone, email, you name it. Helping customers with product information, pricing, availability, and recommendations. Creating quotes and following up to turn them into orders. Processing orders quickly and accurately (your attention to detail will shine here!). Contacting our existing customers to check in on stock requirements and keeping them informed of new products and offers. Assisting sales team with prospecting for new customers. Supporting our external sales reps with information, documents, and updates. Keeping customer records, pricing lists, and account details up to date. Coordinating stock checks with the warehouse team to make sure everything lines up. Assisting with sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Order & System Management Entering orders into our system with speed and accuracy. Keeping track of order progress and updating customers when needed. Flagging any supply issues early so we can keep customers informed. Helping maintain tidy, accurate sales data (future you will thank you). Customer Relationships Building friendly, professional relationships with new and existing customers. Finding opportunities to upsell or cross-sell when it genuinely helps the customer. Ensuring every interaction leaves customers feeling positive, supported, and excited to come back. Teamwork & Problem Solving Working with the sales, marketing, and our stock room teams to keep everything moving seamlessly. Jumping in to help solve problems quickly and efficiently. Bringing a can-do attitude and staying upbeat—even on busy days. What You’ll Bring A friendly, confident phone manner and top-notch communication skills. Strong organisation skills—you’re the type who loves a tidy inbox and a clear plan. Experience in a sales support or customer service role (bonus points for internal sales experience!). Good computer skills and comfortable switching between multiple systems. The ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure. A positive, proactive attitude and the drive to help customers and teammates succeed.
