The role:
We are expanding our team and need a Technical Business Analyst to support us in delivering exceptional software solutions to our clients. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, translating business objectives into actionable technical solutions. You will work on diverse projects across industries, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful delivery in collaboration with technical teams. This role requires strong client‑facing skills, technical acumen, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
Engage with client stakeholders to understand business goals, processes, and pain points.
Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to elicit and document requirements.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
Provide expert guidance on technology solutions, integrations, and best practices.
Support clients through the full project lifecycle, including design, testing, and implementation.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements or system enhancements.
Prepare clear documentation such as user stories, process flows, and technical diagrams.
Act as a liaison between client teams and internal technical resources to ensure alignment.
Assist with data analysis, migration planning, and API integration requirements.
Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long‑term partnership.
Drive Agile delivery practices by facilitating sprint planning, backlog refinement, and ensuring requirements are well‑defined for iterative development.
Required Skills And Experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in a consultancy or client‑facing environment.
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and solution design principles.
Good understanding of integration concepts with technical proficiency in SQL, APIs, and data modelling.
Understanding of system architecture.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM) and integration projects.
Background in sectors such as finance, healthcare, or technology consulting.
