Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team at our Burton Upon Trent location in a full-time, on-site role. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of our wide range of vehicles, building and maintaining relationships with customers, and delivering an exceptional, no-pressure buying experience. Daily tasks include identifying customer needs, providing expert product advice, handling finance options effectively, and collaborating with the team to meet and exceed sales goals. Additional responsibilities include staying abreast of market trends and supporting dealership operations as needed.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Ability to communicate effectively and provide product knowledge in a professional manner
Basic understanding of finance options and ability to guide customers through the process
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
Ability to adapt and learn about new vehicle technologies, including electric vehicles
Experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role is preferred
Full UK driving license is required
