Are you a Junior Data Analyst with a passion for Power BI and a desire to turn business data into clear, actionable insight? We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven
Junior Business Data Analyst
with strong Power BI skills to join a growing hybrid-working London-based team. You’ll sit at the heart of the business, transforming operational and financial data into near-real-time dashboards and reports that directly influence commercial decision-making. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career to gain ownership of core reporting, automation, and data visualisation across a modern Microsoft-based data environment while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business. In this role, you’ll: Design, build, and maintain
Power BI dashboards and reports
used across the business Develop
Power Automate workflows
to streamline reporting and operational processes Prepare datasets for
AI interrogation
and help introduce smarter, self-serve reporting Translate business requirements into clear functional reporting specifications Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams Track performance metrics and identify trends to support strategic planning Maintain strong
data governance, security, and report performance
standards Provide user support and enable teams to self-serve using Power BI and Excel Support platform data accuracy, permissions, and new user onboarding What’s in it for you?

Degree in Data, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or similar Power BI reports and Power Query models Ability to build
Power Automate flows Strong Excel, SQL, and Microsoft 365 skills Exposure to
data governance, data quality, and reporting best practice Curiosity around
