Job Overview We are looking for a driven and motivated Scheduling Manager to manage, lead, support and coach the Scheduling team, displaying role model behaviour and exceeding customer expectations and instilling a customer first attitude.
Responsibilities
Ensure that your team adheres to the task management process in an accurate and timely manner and that they are fully compliant with all service desk processes.
Perform statistical analysis to ensure that our service commitments meet or exceed business operational criteria.
Support the Scheduling team to ensure day to day leadership of relevant employees including conduct, performance, attendance, and competence; taking the required and appropriate actions to address any improper conduct or low standards.
Drive a high-performance culture through performance management and steady development.
Qualifications
Experience working in a busy and dynamic environment, with knowledge and understanding of Compliance, SLAs, KPIs and facilities management.
Knowledge of Maximo (or equivalent CAFM systems) and commercial astuteness, with previous experience working in a contract operating workplace.
Enthusiastic and engaging leader with exceptional communication and organisational skills, and a champion for excellence.
