Join a dynamic and growing software development and EPOS IT services company based in Northern Ireland. We are seeking a motivated individual to provide outstanding technical support to our clients in Belfast and the surrounding areas.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Respond to inbound helpdesk calls and tickets, delivering comprehensive technical support both remotely and through client site visits.
* Resolve issues in line with customer service levels and support requirements.
* Accurately record all actions and solutions, ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the process.
* Participate in regular weekend, evening, and out-of-hours support shifts, including on-call availability.
* Maintain up-to-date procedures and system documentation.
*About the Role*
As a valued member of the EPOS NI team, you will collaborate with a dedicated group focused on delivering top-tier technical support and customer service. You will take ownership of the issues you handle, seeing them through from start to finish, and work closely with your colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for our customers. Expanding your knowledge of our EPOS, web, and IT solutions will enhance your ability to support clients effectively.
*Essential Skills & Experience*
* Solid understanding of PC and printer hardware.
* Knowledge of networking, including firewalls, routing, and TCP/IP.
* Experience with Point of Sale (POS) and EPOS systems.
* Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems (XP/7/8/10/11).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
*Desirable Skills*
* Experience installing and supporting EPOS, web, and IT systems.
* Familiarity with additional Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Background in a fast-paced helpdesk or EPOS environment.

* Energetic, intelligent, and personable.
* Strong initiative and a hands-on approach to technical challenges.
* Excellent communication skills, with an understanding of the impact of effective support.
* Willingness to cover evening and weekend shifts as required.

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
