Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Territory Sales Manager. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including managing customer relationships, driving sales growth, meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and delivering training sessions as needed. The role also involves developing and implementing sales strategies to enhance market presence and reach target clients effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

  • Experience in providing Training in various settings
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Relevant experience in the emergency training or healthcare industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses to tailor solutions to each client.
  • Develop and maintain strong business and customer relationships.
  • Generate leads and reach out to prospects through cold calling and networking.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and outcomes on schedule.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support sales efforts and ensure client success.
  • Analyze market potential, track sales activities, and prepare detailed reports.
  • Provide management with insights on customer needs, competitive activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Stay current on best practices and industry trends to continuously improve performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM or BRM systems preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build productive business relationships.
  • Highly motivated and goal-driven, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management, organization, and prioritization abilities.
  • Openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
