Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Backend .NET Core (C#), Web API, Entity Framework, SQL Server
• Frontend Angular, TypeScript, RxJS
• AI / ML Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG pipelines
• Cloud & DevOps Azure (ML, Functions, DevOps), containerization
• MLOps CI/CD pipelines, model validation & reranking(Nice to have)
• Architecture SOLID principles, clean code, microservices, REST APIs

Roles & Responsibilities

• The Lead AI Engineer will spearhead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions. This role combines technical expertise in AI/ML
• with leadership responsibilities, ensuring scalable, high-performing systems that align with business objectives.
• The ideal candidate will mentor team members, set technical direction, and collaborate across departments to deliver innovative AI-driven products.

Must Have

• 3–5+ years' experience working with .NET Core and Angular in full-stack roles.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying ML/AI solutions, preferably in production.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, and Predictive Analytics.
• Familiarity with MLOps, Docker, Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of high-performance computing and data engineering.
• Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholder engagement.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with MLOps frameworks like Kubeflow, Zenflow, Kedro or DVC.
• Experience with model Interpretability tools, bias mitigation, or AI regulatory compliance.
• Experience with microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, and event-driven messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Exposure to vertical industries like Logistics, finance, healthcare, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG pipelines.
• Knowledge of graph databases and neural network architectures.

Salary Range-$100,000-$140,000 a year
