The Opportunity

We are seeking an
experienced Mohs Surgeon
to join an established, patient-centered team with strong leadership, advanced technology, and a collaborative culture that prioritizes work-life balance.

Practice Highlights

• Full-time, employed position
• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Approximately
  25 patients per day
• No call required
• Mohs surgery performed
  onsite
• Established referral base and strong clinical demand

Clinical Scope Includes

• Mohs micrographic surgery
• Biopsies, skin exams, and cryotherapy
• Excision of benign and malignant lesions
• Acne, psoriasis, eczema, rosacea management
• Skin cancer screening
• Medical dermatology, phototherapy, and PDT
• Advanced biologics and injectables
• Cosmetic dermatology, Botox, Dysport
• Pediatric dermatology experience welcomed

Advanced Technology & Resources

• Dedicated
  onsite Mohs lab
• Narrowband UVB
• Lasers
• Photodynamic therapy (PDT)

What We're Looking For

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of an
  ACGME-accredited Dermatology Residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in
  Dermatology & Mohs Surgery
• Eligible for Minnesota state medical licensure
• Minimum of 3 years of experience preferred
• Willingness to relocate
• Visa sponsorship available
  (H-1B / J-1)

Compensation & Benefits

• Highly competitive base salary:
  $690,000–$959,000
• $200,000 sign-on bonus
• Annual retention bonus
• RVU-based production opportunity
