Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. The Opportunity

The Technology Sourcing Analyst I - Supply Chain will support the procurement and sourcing of technology products and services across multiple categories, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, and professional services. This role is designed for individuals eager to learn strategic sourcing processes, vendor management, and contract lifecycle management within a dynamic IT environment.

The Work Itself
  • Assist in technology sourcing initiatives, including RFx (Request for Proposal, Quote, Information) preparation and supplier engagement.
  • Support contract management activities, including drafting amendments, renewals, and terminations under guidance.
  • Conduct market research and cost analysis to identify competitive pricing and innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and risk management processes.
  • Maintain accurate sourcing project records in procurement systems and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Participate in intent refinement sessions to understand business needs and technology requirements.
  • Learn and apply negotiation tactics and best practices for IT procurement, including SaaS and licensing agreements.
  • Monitor supplier performance and assist in resolving issues related to service levels and delivery timelines.
The Skills You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts (software, cloud, infrastructure) preferred.
  • Previous internship or work experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement roles, highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; familiarity with procurement tools (e.g., Ariba, Coupa) is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
