Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mechanic to join our team In this vital role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of autos, trucks, heavy-duty equipment, and vehicle fleets. Duties

  • Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on autos and trucks.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, filter replacements, tire services, brake repairs, suspension adjustments, and hydraulic system servicing.
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems, wiring harnesses, sensors, and control modules utilizing automotive diagnostics tools.
  • Fabricate parts or components as needed using welding, soldering, hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques to meet specific repair requirements.
  • Inspect and repair transmissions, air brake systems, HVAC units, shocks & struts, and other critical mechanical systems to ensure safety standards are met.
  • Use heavy lifting techniques and equipment safely during assembly or disassembly of machinery components.
  • Maintain detailed service records of repairs performed and parts replaced to ensure compliance with safety regulations and warranty policies.

Requirements

  • Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in heavy equipment operation and automotive repair.
  • Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals for troubleshooting complex mechanical issues.
  • Hands-on experience with fabrication techniques including welding and soldering; familiarity with power tools is essential.
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, transmissions, suspension systems, air brakes, HVAC units, and diesel engine repair.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during repairs or maintenance tasks.

Pay: $ $50.00 per hour
