Duration- 8-12 months contract with a great possibility of extension or Conversion possible with good performance.
Pay Rate: $75/hr on W2

Must Have
Project Management and/or Program Management experience
You will report directly to our Director - Learning and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by revolutionizing how we learn and evolve, ensuring our team is always one step ahead in a rapidly changing business landscape.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage project and program management initiatives within the learning and development framework.
• Develop and revise standard operating procedures related to facilitation management
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of learning initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate program metrics and generate insights for continuous improvement.
YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience leading complex programs and managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in designing, executing, and optimizing program strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to drive program outcomes, manage risks, and ensure alignment with business goals.
