Role Description

This is a full-time/part-time role for a Software Implementation Specialist, based in Alpharetta, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing software implementation projects, setting up systems, and configuring software solutions according to client needs. Additional duties include troubleshooting technical issues, providing ongoing support, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. You will also communicate effectively with team members and clients to deliver expert guidance and ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Software Implementation and Technical Support skills to configure, install, and integrate software solutions. PaperCut Experience preferred
• Analytical and Troubleshooting skills to identify, diagnose, and resolve system or software-related issues
• Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to client-specific requirements
• Prior experience with document technology or managed print services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
