Site Supervisor – Residential Construction

About the Role

We are a growing residential real estate and construction operation managing multiple renovation and construction projects across Northeast Ohio. We are hiring a Site Supervisor to work directly under our Project Manager and oversee daily field operations.

This is a hands-on field role for someone who understands construction, can manage trades, and knows how to keep projects moving on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits across active projects (Cleveland, Akron, surrounding areas)
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades (demo, framing, flooring, paint, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
• Ensure work is completed to scope, quality standards, and timelines
• Assist with quoting and estimating renovation projects
• Verify materials, labor progress, and completed work
• Communicate daily updates to the Project Manager
• Identify issues early and help solve problems on site
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in residential construction, renovations, or site supervision
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and trades
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
• Ability to read scopes, basic plans, and work orders
• Reliable transportation for site visits
• Strong communication and follow-through

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Estimating or quoting experience
• Assistant Project Manager or Foreman background
• Experience with residential renovations or single-family homes

Compensation & Benefits

• $50,000–$60,000 base salary, depending on experience
• Performance bonuses tied to project completion, quality, and timelines
