We're seeking a part-time Inside Sales Representative who is confident on the phone, consistent with follow-ups, and comfortable with cold outreach. This role focuses on contacting health food stores across the U.S. to expand our retail footprint.
What You'll Do
- Make ~50 outbound calls per day (approximately 250 per week)
- Prospect and cold-call health food stores, buyers, and managers
- Build and manage a sales pipeline from first contact through close
- Log all calls, notes, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM
- Follow up persistently to move opportunities forward
- Represent Natural Renewals professionally via phone and email
- Use a consultative sales approach to build rapport, overcome objections, and close
Requirements
- 1+ year of inside sales or cold-calling experience (B2B strongly preferred)
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Clear, confident phone presence
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Able to work independently and hit targets without micromanagement
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
- Experience selling to retail stores, distributors, or B2B buyers is a strong plus
- Interest in the health food or wellness industry is a plus
Schedule
- Part-time: ~25 hours per week
- Monday–Friday: ~5 hours per day
- Flexible hours, provided weekly call and close targets are met
Compensation
- $15/hr base pay
- Commission on qualified new store accounts
- Monthly performance bonuses for exceeding close targets
- Opportunity to increase earnings as accounts grow
