Manatee Springs Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Per Diem Physical Therapist to provide high-quality in-house therapy services for residents in our subacute rehabilitation unit. This role involves evaluating patients, creating individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Administer physical therapy interventions, including exercises and manual therapy.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and mobility techniques.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and update treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Florida State Physical Therapy License.
• Prior experience in subacute or skilled nursing settings preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
