The Senior Manager of Workforce Transformation is responsible for employee transformation activities globally within the People Services (PS) domain.
 

This role covers the entire lifecycle from strategic assessment to coordinated implementation. In doing so, maintains business continuity, optimizes employee experience and strengthens PS capabilities to support enterprise restructuring objectives.
 

Additionally, this role is accountable within PS for the transition of employees affected by M&A initiatives or any BMS-initiated departures due to organizational restructuring.
 

Key Responsibilities:

This role will play a lead role in all People Services activities from due diligence to integration and hypercare in organizational transformation transactions. The key responsibilities for the role will be:

  • Serve as a key representative for the global PS function in enterprise-wide M&A and restructuring initiatives, from due diligence through hypercare, providing strategic input and aligning decisions with the PS operating model.
  • Lead and coordinate the PS due diligence process by comprehensive data-gathering to enable informed decision-making.
  • Drive the creation and execution of geolocation strategies within People Services to ensure optimal operational service deployment, service delivery management, and support for business growth in key regions.
  • Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies and market trends relevant to the functional restructuring subject area, providing insights and recommendations to enhance business competitiveness and innovation
  • Articulate findings and recommendations around the key financial, business risks, value drivers and process optimization.
  • Partner closely with HRIT, HRBP, Finance, and Legal teams to assess and influence impacts on People Services ensuring risk mitigation and optimal operational outcomes.
  • Monitor and assess workforce transition metrics, identifying opportunities for future improvements.
  • Manage project budgeting processes, secure necessary approvals, and track expenditures.
  • Direct employee restructuring initiatives associated with legal entity changes, new legal entity creation by ensuring effective transition planning, regulatory compliance, and operational execution.
  • Ensure global compliance with regulatory requirements and applicable laws in regions where impacted employees or the business are located for restructuring measures.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive HR experience with reorganizational/restructuring related experience. Strong expertise in US-based activities. Global experience is a bonus.
  • High level of business acumen.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in creating and managing timelines.
  • Proven ability to navigate and make an impact within a matrixed, multicultural organization under various business contexts and circumstances.
  • Strong business strategy mindset with the agility to adapt to a dynamic environment high level of integrity and dependability, with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation. Capable of managing multiple deadlines and competing priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop meaningful and trusted relationships with all levels of the organization and manage stakeholders within a highly matrixed organization; work across cross-functional, cross-organizational teams (including outsource providers and contractors, as necessary) and effectively communicate ideas and influence stakeholders to accomplish goals and objectives.
  • Good knowledge of HR practices globally
  • Good understanding of HR systems

Compensation Overview:

Tampa - FL - US: $114,670 - $138,947

The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into
