We are seeking dedicated Direct Support Professionals for our Adult Foster Care setting, licensed under 245D. Under the direction of the House Supervisor, the Direct Support Professional is responsible for shift tasks that include but are not limited to helping with daily living skills, cleaning, medications and online charting.

This is a rewarding position that would be a GREAT fit for students or those looking for experience in health care.

Job Details:

• Location: Duluth, MN
• Shift: Pick the shift that works best with your schedule
• Schedule: Part-Time OR Casual shifts open
• Pay Range: $17.00 – $18.00/hour
• Hours: 6 to 8 hours per shift (varies by shift)
• Weekend Requirement: Sunday OR Saturdays depending on the shift schedule you choose.
• Holidays: Required - Receive DOUBLE pay.

Available Shifts:

Morning Shifts (Part-time)

Sunday – Wednesday (Wednesdays every other)

• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Wednesday – Saturday (Wednesdays every other)

• 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 8:00 AM - 2:00PM
• 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Evening Shifts (Part-time)

Sunday – Wednesday (Wednesdays every other)

• 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Casual Shifts

• Schedule: Casual
• Hours: Minimum 3 shifts per month
• Weekends: Optional
• Holidays: Optional

Key Responsibilities:

• Helping with daily living skills

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a background study
• A valid Driver's License
• 18+ years old
• Minimum 3-5 shifts worked per month
• Complete training in all 4 programs within 30 days of hire
• Complete in-house med training within 60 days of hire
