Position Summary

We are seeking experienced, compassionate Nurse Practitioners to provide in-home and telehealth-supported care to established BioHealth Wellness patients. This role is ideal for NPs who value autonomy, professionalism, and patient education while practicing within clearly defined clinical protocols and physician oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations (in-home and/or via telehealth)
• Review medical histories, diagnostics, and eligibility for regenerative or wellness-based treatments
• Administer treatments per BioHealth Wellness protocols (training provided)
• Monitor patient progress, response to care, and post-treatment outcomes
• Identify contraindications and escalate clinical concerns appropriately

Patient Education & Safety

• Educate patients on treatment plans, expectations, risks, and benefits
• Ensure informed consent and adherence to safety standards
• Reinforce compliance with follow-up care and clinical recommendations

Documentation & Compliance

• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional standards
• Follow state-specific scope-of-practice requirements
• Collaborate with supervising physician / medical director as required

Collaboration

• Coordinate with case managers, care coordinators, and operations team
• Participate in clinical check-ins, training updates, and protocol reviews

Qualifications

Required

• Active Nurse Practitioner license (state-specific; multistate preferred)
• Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or similar)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical NP experience
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Comfort with in-home patient care and autonomy
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Proficiency with EMRs and digital documentation

Preferred

• Experience in regenerative medicine, orthopedics, pain management, or integrative medicine
• Telehealth experience
• Bilingual (Spanish a plus)
• IV therapy or procedural experience (training available if not)

Compensation & Structure

• Competitive per-patient or per-day compensation (based on experience and role)
• Flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time opportunities available)
• No insurance billing or RVU pressure
• All protocols, training, and clinical support provided

Pay: $ $300.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
