Sole Heir Society is seeking a reliable and organized
Administrative & Event Coordinator
to support operations and assist with the planning and execution of community-centered events. This part-time, hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, coordination, and gaining hands-on experience in events, operations, and creative community building.
This role combines remote administrative work with in-person support during scheduled events and select meetings in NYC/NJ.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, email coordination, and task organization
- Assist with event planning, logistics, and on-site coordination
- Communicate with venues, vendors, and partners as needed
- Maintain organized files, documents, and trackers across internal systems
- Support content and asset organization in collaboration with the Creative Director
- Assist with research, planning, and preparation for upcoming events and programming

- Google Drive
- Notion
- Mailchimp
- Squarespace
(Familiarity with these tools is a plus; training will be provided as needed.)
Work Schedule & Model
- Approximately
6–10 hours per week
, depending on programming needs - Hybrid structure:
- Remote work for administrative and coordination tasks
- In-person support required for events and select meetings
- Occasional evenings or weekends for events
- Transportation to and from events may be compensated when applicable
Compensation & Benefits
- $21.50/hour

Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Ability to commute to NYC/NJ for in-person events
