About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Full Stack Developer
with strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies to join a leading fintech organization. This role involves working across the full software development lifecycle to design, develop, and scale secure, high-performance fintech applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable fintech web applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design responsive, high-performance front-end interfaces.
• Build robust, secure, and reusable back-end services and APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and promote team coding standards.
• Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure high test coverage.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries.
• Deploy, monitor, and scale applications in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Mentor junior developers and promote continuous learning.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and fintech trends.
• Ensure compliance with fintech security and regulatory standards.

Front-End

• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Docker & Kubernetes
• CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation — a plus)

Version Control & Collaboration

• Git, GitFlow, Pull Request workflows

Security & Compliance

• Deep understanding of fintech security, encryption, and data protection

Experience & Certifications

• 8+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Proven experience in fintech or financial technology environments
• Preferred certifications:
• AWS Certified Developer
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate
• Certified Scrum Developer (CSD)
• Other recognized industry certifications
