Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Technical Manager – Pre-Sales
to partner with our business development and transformation leaders in shaping, demonstrating, and designing end-to-end healthcare solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong U.S. healthcare domain expertise, technical fluency, and the ability to translate complex client needs into scalable, AI-enabled platform solutions.

You will work directly with clients, internal product teams, and executive leadership — helping drive how Zyter|TruCare's technology and services come together to solve some of healthcare's hardest operational problems.

Key Responsibilities

Demo & Technical Storytelling

  • Co-lead customized demos with functional leads; explain how platform components, APIs, and agentic AI work in real-world use cases.
  • Showcase technical credibility through deep product knowledge, integration fluency, and client-specific configuration.
  • Support proof-of-concepts and pilot design, ensuring alignment with implementation capabilities.

Proposal & RFP Support

  • Own the technical sections of proposals, RFPs, and client documentation — including architecture, scalability, interoperability, and compliance.
  • Partner with engineering, delivery, and clinical operations to validate feasibility and estimate effort.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the bridge between Strategy & Transformation, Product, and Delivery — ensuring solutions sold can be implemented cleanly.
  • Gather client feedback and translate it into actionable inputs for the product roadmap.
  • Build reusable templates, demo scripts, and integration frameworks to accelerate future pursuits.

Area

Requirements

Experience

  • 5–10 years in healthcare technology, product, or consulting with exposure to U.S. payer or provider ecosystems

Domain Expertise

  • Deep understanding of utilization management, care management, population health, and interoperability (FHIR/HL7, HIPAA)

Technical Fluency

  • Strong grasp of APIs, data integrations, cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), and workflow orchestration

Client Engagement

  • Proven experience in pre-sales, technical demos, RFP responses, or architecture design with enterprise healthcare clients

Communication

  • Ability to articulate technical detail in simple, outcome-focused terms for executive and clinical stakeholders

Mindset

  • Consultative, collaborative, structured, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, product-led environment
