We are helping Byore to hire few roles. Byore is a US-based firm looking to build and enable digital finance for the future. Our vision is to build a full financial ecosystem where digital assets, traditional finance, and everyday money management live in one seamless experience, made available to everyone.

Our flagship product is a secure, regulated crypto exchange where we build trading tools for both retail and institutional clients - such as spot trading, yield generation products with a focus on compliance and security.

1. Purpose / Focus

• Build and maintain US app performance, security, and user experience
• Direct report to Trading Lead

2. Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development, testing, and maintenance of mobile applications using the Flutter framework
• Implement cross-platform (iOS/Android) UI/UX designs, ensuring compatibility and performance optimization across devices
• Participate in product requirement analysis, design appropriate technical solutions, and drive implementation
• Continuously optimize app performance and resolve key technical issues such as memory management and rendering efficiency
• Collaborate with backend teams on API integration and data interaction logic development
• Write high-quality code, participate in code reviews, and prepare technical documentation
• Keep up with the latest Flutter technology trends and explore the application of new technologies in business scenarios

3. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields;
• 2–5 years of mobile application development experience, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Flutter and familiarity with Dart language features;
• Familiar with front-end technology stack (HTML/CSS/JavaScript); experience with React or other front-end frameworks is a plus;
• Familiar with cross-platform development principles and hybrid development models combining Flutter with native iOS/Android;
• Familiar with common state management tools (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.);
• Proficient in RESTful API design, with experience in network communication and local storage development (e.g., SQLite, Hive);
• Proficient in using Git for version control, and knowledgeable about CI/CD processes;
• Strong logical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

4. Legal & Compliance Requirements

• Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the work location
• Functionally, need to be based in US to deploy
