Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Project Manager
to lead complex renovation and new construction projects ranging from
$250K to $15M
in value. This is a
high-impact, leadership role
responsible for driving project success from preconstruction through close-out. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional results across commercial living environments throughout the Mountain West and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Project Lifecycle:
    Manage all phases of construction — from preconstruction and budgeting through project delivery and close-out
  • Team Leadership:
    Partner with field superintendents to ensure project schedules, logistics, and quality standards are consistently met
  • Client & Stakeholder Relations:
    Serve as the primary liaison with owners, facility managers, consultants, and vendors
  • Financial Oversight:
    Control project budgets, manage subcontractor buyout, and process change orders, pay applications, and invoices
  • Scheduling & Documentation:
    Develop and maintain master project schedules, track submittals, RFIs, and coordinate progress meetings
  • Quality & Safety:
    Deliver projects on time and within budget while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards
  • Site Presence:
    Travel as required for project launches, walkthroughs, and close-out inspections

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    7+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial construction, preferably with exposure to:
  • Senior living and assisted living facilities
  • Multifamily and mixed-use developments
  • Hospitality and retail environments
  • Technical Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of CSI divisions, GMP contracts, buyout practices, and construction safety compliance
  • Technology Skills:
    Proficient in
    Procore, Bluebeam, Buildertrend
    , or comparable project management platforms
  • Scheduling Expertise:
    Skilled in
    CPM scheduling
    and resource coordination
  • Leadership & Communication:
    Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and resolve challenges independently
