Grill Cook/Line Cook

Millhouse Station is a community-driven restaurant known for great food, friendly service, and a fun atmosphere. We're looking for a reliable and skilled Grill Cook to join our kitchen team. If you have a passion for cooking and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you on board

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items on the grill according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure all food is cooked safely, accurately, and presented well
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with food prep and restocking during shifts
• Work efficiently with kitchen staff to keep orders flowing smoothly
• Follow all restaurant policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous grill or line cook experience preferred (but we're willing to train the right person)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
• Must be dependable and punctual

Base Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
