Shared Practices Group is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who possesses a relentless drive to excel in their role. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting clinical and non-clinical staff for our various locations. Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast hiring needs, develop candidate pipelines, and attract talent to support our mission while building a reputation for solid, competent and caring placements. Your commitment to excellence, your flexible demeanor and your "go-getter" attitude will be essential in this role as you demonstrate your existing talents and stretch your potential due to the growth of the company. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in full cycle recruitment and may be asked to assist and support the HR team as needed. As a growing company, it is necessary for this person to be committed, help find solutions in the midst of ambiguity, and not be afraid to jump in and own the role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities
  • Conduct phone and video screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams

  • Extend offers and support pre-employment processes, including background checks and onboarding coordination

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal hiring policies
  • Promote employer branding and represent the organization professionally in all candidate interactions
  • Work closely with HR when individuals are chosen for hire to begin the onboarding process.
  • Provide regular updates to HR and hiring managers, as well as other stakeholders regarding candidate status.
  • Responds to inquiries regarding positions and assists applicants with application and hiring process to create a positive candidate experience.
  • Strive for continuous improvement.
  • Must be flexible for other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience in full life cycle recruiting/talent acquisition, as well as HR.
  • Self-disciplined to work in a remote environment.
  • Demonstrates company core values in all interactions.
  • Prior experience with recruiting in multiple states.
  • Familiar with applicant tracking systems preferably Paylocity.
  • Obsessed with creating a great candidate experience.
  • Strong initiative and ability to learn systems and implement processes and procedures.
  • Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organization skills.
  • Highly collaborative and responsive with excellent communication skills.

Work Environment

  • Fully remote or hybrid (as applicable)
  • Occasional travel may be required

Pay: $60, $70,000.00 per year
