Senior Business Analyst – Internal Systems & Platform Operations

We are expanding our internal systems team and looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst who can help drive the evolution of our enterprise platform built on Salesforce and AWS technologies. This role serves as a strategic partner to product owners, engineers, and key business units, ensuring that business needs translate into well-structured, scalable solutions.

What You Will Do

• Break down business objectives into user stories, workflow diagrams, acceptance criteria, and detailed functional specifications
• Act as a primary communication channel between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout feature development
• Review current operational processes and recommend improvements, automation opportunities, or system enhancements
• Support Agile operations—organizing sprint activities, facilitating discussions, and strengthening delivery rhythms
• Contribute to QA activities by validating features against business requirements and user expectations
• Create onboarding guides, reference materials, and training documentation for new functionalities
• Maintain organized knowledge repositories and ensure documentation stays aligned with changing priorities
• Monitor project progress using dashboards and tracking tools; surface risks, dependencies, or blockers proactively
• Identify bottlenecks and champion continuous improvement across systems and processes

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role within IT, SaaS, or enterprise systems
• Demonstrated experience working closely with engineering and product teams in an Agile environment
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
• Able to manage multiple tasks independently while maintaining high attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Adept at converting abstract concepts into structured plans and deliverables
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical groups

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience with Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms
• Working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or comparable project management tools
• Basic SQL skills for data validation or analysis
• Relevant industry certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Salesforce BA, etc.)
• Exposure to change management initiatives or large-scale system enhancement projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70, $120,000.00 per year
