Job Overview
Yogi Colorado is seeking 1-2 energetic and passionate Hatha and/or Vinyasa Instructors to inspire and guide individuals on their wellness journey through the art of yoga In this role, you will lead engaging and safe yoga classes tailored to diverse skill levels, fostering a positive environment that promotes physical health, mental clarity, and overall well-being. We are looking to fill a couple of gaps in our schedule, so multiple class opportunites are available.

Responsibilities

• Lead dynamic yoga classes for groups of varying experience levels, ensuring proper technique and safety throughout each session
• Adhere to Yogi Colorado class expectations (we'll train you)
• Develop customized class plans that incorporate different styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Power Yoga, or restorative practices to meet client needs
• Educate participants on body mechanics, physiology, and anatomy principles relevant to yoga practice to enhance their understanding and performance
• Promote a welcoming atmosphere that encourages participation, motivation, and personal growth among all attendees
• Offer complementary aromatherapy towels before savasana
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment and ensure all equipment is used safely and appropriately

Experience

• Minimum 200hr Yoga Teacher Training (500hr preferred)
• At least 1-2 years of experience teaching yoga and/or group fitness
• Previous work in yoga studios, health clubs, or gyms is a plus
• Previous work in customer service is a plus
• Experience in fitness sales or promoting membership programs is advantageous but not required
• Passion for health and wellness with a desire to motivate others toward healthier lifestyles

Pay: $31.50 per hour
