As our Inventory & E-Commerce Operations Specialist, you will be the single most reliable source for tracking our inventory, ensuring absolute precision in our data. Your work ensures seamless operational flow and delivers the high standard of service our customers expect. This role is fundamental to maintaining our quality reputation and supporting our drive to succeed by providing management with crucial insights. Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory Control, Reporting, & Data Integrity
- System Auditing & Counting: Drive inventory accuracy through rigorous protocols, including executing monthly global inventory counts and performing detailed weekly location scans and counts.
- Strategic Reporting: Responsible for compiling and presenting findings from all inventory counts, reconciliation efforts, and other inventory metrics to management to support strategic decision-making.
- Fulfillment Efficiency: Proactively locate and pull devices for both wholesale and retail outbound orders, demonstrating accountability for timely and accurate dispatch.
- Compliance & Loss Prevention: Perform critical data validation checks to maintain ISO/R2 certification standards and investigate devices that cannot be located to protect company assets.
- SKU Management: Responsible for assisting with accurate control and verification of SKUs for all new products and device variations, ensuring reliable data across all syncing systems.
2. E-commerce Customer Experience and Operational Support
- Technical Customer Service (Approx. 10 Hours/Week): Engage with customers via online platforms to resolve inquiries and manage returns (both customer exchanges and refunds). A strong foundational knowledge of mobile phone operations (iOS/Android) is required to provide competent, effective support.
- Channel Reconciliation: Perform regular inventory checks to ensure listed quantities and device statuses are accurate across all e-commerce sales channels.
- Quality Control (QC): Execute targeted Quality Control checks on processed devices, reporting discrepancies to management to maintain product integrity.
3. Fulfillment Support: Provide vital support to the shipping department during high-volume periods.
Candidate Profile
- Flexible: Understands that the needs of a growing business change frequently, flexible with shifting responsibilities
- Accountable: Takes ownership of outcomes, committed to reliable execution and accurate reporting.
- Detail-Oriented: Possesses the meticulous attention to detail necessary for inventory and data management.
- Analytical: Capable of recording and pulling necessary data to present clear reports to management. Extensive experience with spreadsheets and inventory software.
- Resourceful: Capable of balancing multiple, high-priority tasks and eager to learn various operational systems.
- Tech Savvy: Familiar with Apple and Android devices, a variety of computer software, and a quick learner of new technology. AI or automation experience is a plus.

This is an on-site, full-time position at our warehouse facility in Raleigh.
Must be authorized to work in the US.
