Construction Scheduler

We're seeking an experienced
Construction Scheduler
to support planning, scheduling, and project controls for complex capital projects across the U.S. In this role, you will work closely with project teams to develop and maintain integrated schedules, monitor progress, and support project delivery through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using
  Primavera P6
• Create schedule logic, sequencing, and critical path analysis
• Support project planning, baseline development, and schedule forecasting
• Analyze schedule performance, identify risks/delays, and propose mitigation strategies
• Provide schedule reporting and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and project controls teams
• Support change management, claims analysis, and schedule impact reviews
• Participate in progress meetings and present schedule status updates

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in
  Construction Management, Engineering
  , or related field
• Minimum 3–8 years
  of scheduling experience on large-scale construction projects
• Proficiency in
  Primavera P6
• Knowledge of project controls, earned value, and schedule risk analysis
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams

Preferred:

• Experience with commercial buildings, infrastructure, industrial, or transportation projects
• PSP or PMP certification is a plus
• Experience with forensic schedule analysis a plus
