Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee scaffolding operations from planning through completion. This is a hands-on, on-site role — ideal for someone who thrives in the field, leads by example, and knows how to keep projects running safely, smoothly, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day scaffolding operations across multiple job sites

• Coordinate with clients, site supervisors, and crews to meet project schedules and safety standards

• Plan and allocate materials, labor, and equipment efficiently

• Conduct site inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance with company and industry standards

• Track project progress, budgets, and timelines for on-budget delivery

• Lead, motivate, and support site teams to achieve project goals

• Prepare and review contracts, change orders, and project documentation

• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues proactively

• Conduct toolbox talks, enforce PPE use, and ensure clear scope-of-work communication

• Measure and create load lists for new projects

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in scaffolding project management or site supervision

• Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems, safety regulations, and on-site procedures

• Proven ability to manage crews, materials, and multiple active projects

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

• OSHA, CISRS, or equivalent safety certifications a plus

Pay: $60, $85,000.00 per year
