Compensation & Schedule

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with a simple, high-earning structure:

• Earn $1.00 per mile
• Local and regional routes available
• Home-daily and short regional runs depending on load availability

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and professional manner on highways and various job sites.
• Perform thorough daily pre- and post-trip inspections with proper DOT-compliant documentation.
• Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and complete all required paperwork.
• Monitor vehicle gauges and systems during operation.
• Perform minor vehicle servicing; report major issues to management.
• Properly secure heavy equipment and over-dimensional flatbed loads.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and dispatch instructions.
• Keep the vehicle clean and orderly.

Education & Experience

• Valid CDL Class A license required; 2 years of experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• MVR must meet company and DOT standards.
• Flatbed experience and knowledge of load securement is highly valued.
• Light mechanical skills or the ability to diagnose simple truck issues is ideal, but not mandatory.
