Job Summary:
Establish and grow sales and service relationships with new and existing companies within the assigned territory. The Regional Sales Representative will drive the expansion of our product and service offerings, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Proactively contact customers through site visits, cold calling, and email marketing to sell and promote the products and services of the company.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to the VP of Business Development, and collaborate with the service center manager to improve service and product offerings.
  • Corporate Relations: Build and maintain corporate relations with fleet, leasing, logistics services, and transportation providers.
  • Trade Shows: Represent the company at local and national trade shows to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, competition, and industry best practices in sales techniques and strategies. Representatives should be well known in their area of business development.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and nurture customer relationships, ensuring ongoing service excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Improvement: Continuously refine sales strategies and presentation methods to enhance effectiveness.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company procedures, policies, and methods while maintaining a professional and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven prior sales experience, preferably in a related industry and B2B sales.
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in mathematical, analytical, and computer skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
  • Ability to lead by example, demonstrating professional conduct and integrity.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients.

Work Environment:

  • This is a remote position with some travel required for conferences, trainings, customer site visits, and business development opportunities.
  • This is a salaried position, and occasional extended hours may be required to meet deadlines and complete time-sensitive tasks.
  • The ability to travel extensively within the region and to travel for items including, but not limited to, trade shows, training, and North Jackson facility support, is an essential fuction of this position.
  • The ability to work full-time is an essential function of this position.

Compensation:

Starting Pay: 65,000 (With Commissions)

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evenings as needed
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
