About the Position:

We're looking for a skilled and versatile Construction Technician who can handle a wide range of tasks with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing quality work across multiple trades.

The work requires a broad set of skills, including drywall, painting, light plumbing and electrical, and general carpentry. We need someone who can step in immediately, work efficiently, and represent our company with professionalism and integrity on every job site.

This is not a training position — we're looking for an experienced, skilled carpenter ready to hit the ground running.

What You'll Do:

• Perform hands-on work across multiple construction trades
• Troubleshoot and complete repairs efficiently
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Flex between projects depending on workload and priorities

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• We believe in maintaining a healthy work/life balance and respect your time outside of work

What You Need:

• Proven, hands-on experience in multiple construction trades — this is not a training role
• Basic hand tools (required)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and safely operate hand and power tools
• Reliable communication and responsiveness
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to pass a background check or drug screening

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in specialized trades (e.g., flooring, tile, framing, finish carpentry, etc.)
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety practices
• Customer service experience and professionalism on-site
