About the Role

DRB Delivery, a trusted FedEx Ground contractor, is hiring dependable Box Truck Delivery Drivers in New Haven, IN. This is a great opportunity for safety-conscious, customer-focused individuals who enjoy being active, working independently, and earning competitive pay with performance incentives.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a FedEx Ground delivery van to deliver packages to homes and businesses
• Load and unload packages efficiently
• Follow GPS-mapped routes and adhere to all traffic laws
• Use a handheld scanner to track deliveries and pickups
• Provide excellent customer service with professionalism at every stop
• Communicate with dispatch regarding delays or issues
• Keep your vehicle clean and perform pre/post-trip inspections
• Report any accidents, vehicle issues, or violations immediately

Qualifications

• 21 years or older
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able to pass DOT physical, drug screening, and background check (covered by FedEx)
• No felony or misdemeanor convictions
• Able to lift up to 150 lbs (with or without assistance)
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Courier or delivery experience a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $140 per day
• Weekly Pay: Every Friday
• Health Insurance & Vacation Time

• Bonuses & Incentives:
• Safety bonus
• Per-stop threshold bonus ($1 per stop after 90–140 stops/day)
• Optional Sunday bonus

Schedule

• Work Days: Tuesday through Saturday
• Start Time: 8:00 AM
• Route Duration: 6–10 hours depending on route and efficiency
