We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our ABA team and support the delivery of high-quality therapy to pediatric clients. In this role, you will work with children with autism and related developmental disorders under the supervision of a BCBA, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team of therapists. Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Current Texas license as an Assistant Behavior Analyst (LaBA) and certification by the BACB as a BCaBA
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills
- Assist in conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Provide ongoing support to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans and ensure treatment fidelity
- Monitor client progress and report updates to the supervising BCBA
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to promote holistic, child-centered care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
