Line Cook

Job Summary
We are seeking cooks to become part of a well-rounded, passionate team here at The Majestic. Duties

• Prepare, cook, and plate all dishes according to recipes and Chef's standards
• Daily station prep and fabrication
• Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Support on special functions as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service
• Restock ingredients and supplies as required for smooth kitchen operations
• Assist in plating and presentation of dishes to meet aesthetic standards

Experience

• 1-2 years of proven fast paced, fine dining/upscale casual restaurant experience
• Deep knowledge of all stations (fry, grill, pasta, etc). Butchering, pastry, and pasta making are a plus
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Advanced skills in knife handling, food presentation, and kitchen equipment operation

Pay: $ $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
