Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and outgoing Business Development Manager to lead our networking and outreach efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, opening doors, and turning conversations into long-term partnerships.

You will be responsible for expanding our professional network, identifying new business opportunities, and representing our brand with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry contacts
• Conduct proactive outreach through email, LinkedIn, calls, and virtual networking events
• Negotiate contracts, partnership agreements, and proposals to secure new business opportunities.
• Schedule and manage introductory meetings and follow-ups
• Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategies with company goals
• Track outreach efforts, pipeline activity, and results
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely follow-up and achievement of outreach goals.
• Prepare reports on outreach activities, pipeline development, and progress toward business objectives for senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, networking, or outreach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships from scratch
• Knowledge of project management principles to coordinate multiple initiatives efficiently.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Organized and consistent with follow-ups and relationship management
• Experience using CRM tools or outreach platforms is a plus
