Here at TEAM Peds/TLC Pediatric Therapy, we have a passion for working with children - providing them Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapies in a safe and fun environment.

Our current opening is for a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in the Orlando area. This position has a ready to go Full Time up to 40-hour case load and children on our wait list who are seeking speech therapy. This position is fully natural environment (Hunter's Creek/Meadow Woods). This position also has the opportunity for professional growth and development.

We offer both clinic and natural environment services. We are licensed and registered to offer medically based therapy services on-campus in Orange County, Seminole County and Osceola County for children with medical needs and established IEPs.

We are looking for an SLP That Is:

• State of Florida-Licensed
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Therapists who will enhance our ability to provide services to children in Central Florida
• Excels at Time Management
• Preferred, but not required, for the therapist to have Pediatric experience and be enrolled in Florida Medicaid/CMS

• Non-Tax HRA reimbursement valued at $200/month for an individual health plan in your name and up to $400/month for a family plan in your name
• Relocation Expenses: Out of state, or more than 5 hours, employees relocating will be eligible to be reimbursed up to $ in moving expenses paid on their first paycheck.
• Professional and General Liability: Covered by TLC
• CEUs Reimbursement: Therapist will be reimbursed up to $1400 in CEUs during each applicable licensure period.
• Paid Time Off (PTO): TLC provides up to 15 paid days off annually to be used for vacation, personal, or sick time. Hours roll over from year-to-year with a maximum annual accrual cap of 20 days.
• Paid Holidays: TLC observes ten (10) paid holidays.
