About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on a PRN basis, meaning you work when cases are available and when it fits your schedule. This role offers the flexibility to choose between providing direct ABA services, RBT supervision, or a combination of both based on your preference and expertise. This is a perfect position for someone looking for supplemental work.

You will work primarily with children and adolescents, supporting skill development and behavior reduction through evidence-based, individualized treatment plans

Responsibilities

• Provide BCBA oversight and supervision to RBTs as required
• Deliver direct ABA therapy when preferred or clinically indicated
• Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, functional assessments)
• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
• Train and support RBTs and caregivers in implementing behavior strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet professional/ethical standards
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure high-quality care
• Work PRN, accepting cases based on availability and interest

Qualifications

• Required: Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Experience working with children with autism or related developmental needs
• Strong skills in assessment, treatment design, and ABA implementation
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Work Environment & Schedule

• PRN — work when cases are available
• Flexible scheduling with ability to choose supervision, direct services, or both
• Remote documentation; in-person client sessions depending on case needs

Compensation

• Competitive hourly rates based on role (supervision vs. direct service)
• Compensation discussed based on experience and service type
