Salary Range: $63K- $75K

We're looking for a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of passionate pediatric experts in Fargo, ND. Whether you're an experienced BCBA or newly certified, if you're committed to helping children build meaningful skills and reach their full potential, we want to meet you.

 

What You'll Do

As a Pediatric BCBA, you'll help children with a range of developmental and behavioral needs for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, develop skills, build independence, and thrive in their daily environments.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy and supervision of RBTs or behavior technicians
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
  • Partner with families and caregivers to support goals across home and community settings
  • Maintain timely, clear documentation (assessments, progress notes, treatment summaries)
  • Collaborate with a team of OTs, PTs, SLPs, EI, and mental health professionals
 

What You'll Bring

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Licensed or eligible for behavior analysis licensure in North Dakota
  • A genuine passion for working with children and families
  • Pediatric experience preferred, but new BCBAs are encouraged to apply. We'll support your growth
