Join our team in San Jose, California as a Warehouse Worker and play a key role in our distribution center operations. We are seeking motivated individuals to handle a variety of tasks essential for the efficient flow of products. This role involves picking, packing, loading, and unloading goods, as well as maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will be working with a diverse range of products, requiring careful handling and attention to detail. The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team is essential. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Move inventory using pallet jacks or other equipment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor.
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Wear all required PPE at all times.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain principles.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Excellent physical stamina and dexterity.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
