We are seeking motivated and reliable Picker/Packers to join our dynamic logistics team in Los Angeles, California. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders by selecting items from warehouse shelves and preparing them for shipment. This role is critical to our supply chain operations and requires attention to detail and efficiency. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all orders are picked and packed according to company standards and customer specifications. Your primary duties will involve using a handheld scanner to locate and retrieve products, verifying order accuracy, and carefully packaging items to prevent damage during transit. This position also involves maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols, and participating in regular inventory counts. Successful candidates will possess a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to safety. We provide all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure your well-being. Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs will be required. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanners and pick lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection.
- Verify order accuracy before packaging and shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in the warehouse.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking and packing quotas.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
