As a Fulfillment Associate, your duties will include picking orders using RF scanners, packing items securely for shipment, processing returns, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment. You will also assist with loading and unloading trucks and performing other warehouse duties as assigned. A strong understanding of warehouse operations and a commitment to safety are crucial. You will be required to use PPE and follow all safety procedures. Significant physical activity is involved, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners.
- Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Process customer returns and exchanges.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the picking and packing areas.
- Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Perform other warehouse tasks as needed.
- Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Familiarity with logistics operations is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
